Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent and file complaints with the NPC. phji makes it straightforward to exercise all of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
Cookie Transparency
phji uses cookies and similar tracking technologies only for essential platform operation, security, and anonymised analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another data controller where technically feasible.
- Right to File a Complaint: If you believe phji has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to phji's Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. phji will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by a further fifteen (15) business days in complex cases upon notice to you.
Identity Verification: phji may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject rights request to protect against unauthorised access to another player's data. We appreciate your cooperation with this security measure.
